Our Lady of Mercy 2012 Auction Reservation Form
Reservation must be received by February 27, 2012.
- Advanced seating is available for individuals, couples, and groups of up to 10 people per table.
- All tables are reserved with receipt of payment on a first come first serve basis. Entire tables may be reserved with receipt of a payment of $250.00, or reserve an individual seat for $25.00 per person.
- Babysitting will cost $15.00 for the first child and $5.00 for each additional child. List the name and age of each child. Babysitting, pizza & drinks provided at the ECC Cafeteria.
- Please indicate whether you want an individual bid number or would like to share one with your spouse. If nothing is checked you will be assigned an individual number.
