IMPORTANT MATTERS

Your Personal Account Representative able to help you with important, non-urgent matters such as: questions about recent account set ups, adding new service areas, integration with vendors such as Whipple Hill, Senior Systems, SilverPoint, infosnap and more, assistance reconciling your statements, changes to your number of accounts, or any thing you don't understand or agree with.

ROUTINE MATTERS

When you need help with routine matters such as; renting terminals, researching a transaction or deposit, finding a login id and password, schedule gateway training, obtain API documentation or changing the bank account into which we make deposits, you may task us with this work in two ways.

Email Form - Our email form is a great way to task us with investigating something when you don't need an answer right away. Rest assured that while another staff member may handle the research or task, your Personal Account Representative will be kept in the loop on your requests. Click here to submit form.

Phone Back - Our phone back customer service is available M-F, 9-5pm. Call 888.566.0945 ext 444. Leave us a message, detailing the nature of your request and the desired call back time, and we will do our utmost to call you back within two hours or at the date and time you wish.
