We are looking for an organized, professional person to fill a full time entry level role in Customer Care. The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks, have strong quantitative skills, be confident in learning new systems, be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and to demonstrate a superior ability to address customers’ issues and concerns. For the ambitious multi-faceted candidate, the role could lead to other positions in Inbound Sales, Operations, or a leadership position in Customer Care. Requirements: Major job duties include assisting customers with account changes, account maintenance, training clients on products, preparing and shipping terminals, maintaining inventory, providing post-sale follow up support, explaining statements and fees to the clients’ satisfaction, and some administrative duties.
