Katherine Novikov


Katherine Novikov – CEO

Katherine founded Diamond Mind in 2002, as an outgrowth of her consultancy, The Marketing Insights Company. In less than two years, the company had a portfolio of over $30M in annual processing volume. Before venturing out on her own, she spent more than 14 years as Senior Marketing Manager for the international consulting firm, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Katherine launched the first office of Andersen Consulting in Russia and served as the Firm's Account Executive to the World Bank. Katherine is a veteran of the US Air Force and is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A in Marketing and Management.

Vladimir Novikov


Vladimir Novikov – President, CFO, COO

Vladimir joined Diamond Mind in late 2004, focusing on further evolving company strategy and operations. Prior to that, Vladimir spent three years at Capital One heading up account acquisitions strategy and managing $350M marketing budget for their high risk consumer market. He also has more than eight years of management consulting experience with Booz Allen Hamilton and Andersen Consulting where he advised companies on their business, operational, and IT strategies. Vladimir holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, and an MSc in Physics and Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Wade Tetsuka

Wade Tetsuka – EVP of Corporate Division

Wade is a C.P.A. who brings 20 years of financial expertise and business management experience to Diamond Mind and its clients. As the head of the Corporate Division, Wade is responsible for acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction of our business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) clients. He was previously with Ernst & Young in San Francisco and later PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Stuttgart, Germany, where he was senior engagement manager responsible for the assurance work for IBM, Kodak, Sony Europe, and several other multinational companies. He also served as President/General Manager to three early-stage fast-growth companies in the life-sciences industry. Wade graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics.

Jim Leport

Jim Leport – EVP of Petroleum

For more than 17 years, Jim provided consulting services in Information Technology and Management Consulting to a number of Fortune 1000 companies. He did this in the role of President of a 100 man IT consulting company as well as a Staff Consultant for an International Management Consulting company for several years prior to joining Diamond Mind Business Services. Previously, he was in the banking industry. Combining the consultative approach along with payment systems experience, Jim is responsible for developing our corporate marketing strategy as directed toward Petroleum, Garage & Tire Stores, and Convenience Store/Petro Dealers. This is accomplished by identifying client needs and then engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services to individual or franchise needs. Jim is an engineer having obtained his BSEE from Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana.
